We cover more than 100+ industry skills. What type of assessments are offered by TechCurators?
We hold expertise in creating assessments containing MCQs, Coding Problems, Project-Based Items, Case Studies, etc. All the questions are situation based and test core concepts of a particular skill. Our content is custom created as per the client’s requirement.
How do TechCurators ensure authenticity & quality of assessments?
We at TechCurators follow 3-step process for any project/ requirement we take up:
- Problem-Setting/ Content Curation by a coder/ SME.
- Proof-Reading to make sure the format of the question is right and there are no grammatical errors.
- Peer- Review by technical experts who review problems/ questions on parameters like technical correctness, plagiarism, skill mapping, etc.

Are the questions provided by TechCurators unique/ Who owns the IP?
It totally depends upon the client. In most cases, the client has the IP for the questions we make.
Where can I use the assessments created by TechCurators in my organization?
We fulfil all needs of our clients, be it Hiring, L&D, Upskilling, Hackathons or any other field where assessments are needed.
What is the general turnaround time for delivering the questions/ assessments?
The TAT depends upon the number of questions, skill required and experience level for which the questions are required. But, we deliver the requirements to our client in as short a duration as possible.
How many members are there in the SMEs pool at TechCurators & from which institutes do they come from?
We have a pool of 200+ Subject Matter Experts including students (from prestigious colleges like IITD, BITS Pilani, DTU, etc.), working professionals (0-20 years of experience), and freelancers.
What is the professional background of SMEs working at TechCurators?
Our SME pool consist of,
- Problem Setters who are 6-Star and 5-Star Codechef, top rankers in Google Kickstart, and ICPC Regionalists.
- Full-stack developers (Both Senior and Junior) who specialize in creating project-based items in both backend and front-end stacks.

What is the price range for questions?
The price range depends upon the following factors
- Skill to be tested
- Level of questions
- Number of questions
- Delivery time duration required (For less delivery time, the price range is on a slightly higher side)
So, depending upon the requirements, the price range varies.
We also offer a Subscription-Based Pricing Model for our clients. In this, the pricing keeps going down as you buy more and more questions from us in a stipulated time. This way, your overall cost goes down.
Can I get a few sample questions before moving forward with TechCurators?
Yes, we do a paid pilot with our clients. We also have some inhouse samples available for display purposes.

What is the duration of the work?
It is freelance/part-time work. The time period may vary depending on the project/ requirement. It can be one month for long projects and 4-5 days for short projects.
Is freelance work remote at TechCurators?
Yes, freelance work is completely remote.
What are the basic requirements for freelance work?
The basic requirements are a laptop and good internet connectivity.
What is the format for creating/submitting the questions that I create?
We share a google spreadsheet in the confirmation mail with all the necessary information. The changes that you make will be directly visible to us in the sheet.
What is the basis for judging the quality of questions?
The most important criteria for judging the quality of questions is how well the questions test the skills of a candidate in terms of core concepts, complexity along with ensuring basic grammar. We only accept non-plagiarized questions.
What is the payment method?
We follow the industry content creation protocols, and pay half the amount after the delivery of questions. We pay the rest of the amount after the client’s review.
How are the SMEs hired for a project/ Freelancing work at TechCurators?
We have a stringent process when it comes to hiring people for curating content. At Techcurators, we assure you of the best quality in the minimum possible time.

Yes, you can apply for the internship for the roles mentioned. Also after completion of the internship based on your performance, you can continue with us as a full time employee.
What is the working schedule at TechCurators and what will I get after joining?
Currently all roles are remote with flexible timings. After joining, you will work with the great team at TechCurators. Apart from competitive salary/ stipend and LOR, you will get a great experience of working with the Founders of TechCurators.
Overall working with TechCurators will lead to your personal growth.
What is the hiring process?
You will go through 2 stages after your application gets selected :
- Assignments will be given to you as per the role you have applied for.
- Based on your assignments performance, you will go through a personal interview (Technical and HR).
After analysing your overall performance you will get selected for that role.
